Human Potential Consultants, LLC (HPC) is an employment solutions firm with a 19-year track record of successful government contracting. The company has delivered workforce solutions to 10 federal agencies and has successfully executed more than 75 multi-year contracts. HPC’s existing relationships with decision makers in federal agencies, an established client base and the ability to competitively price delivery provides the Company a strong competitive advantage in the more than $520 billion government contracting industry.
The Facility Support and Maintenance Division partners with military bases and other federal government facilities in program management, operations, engineering, facilities repair and maintenance support services for military and defense projects. The division was developed to unify HPC’s existing service capabilities with an inclusive platform for our base operations customers. The division comprised of experts and professionally skilled individuals in Project Management, Chief Engineering/Environmental, Maintenance Mechanics, Custodians, and other operations support personnel. Ancillary professional services sometimes include energy, facilities/infrastructure, sustainability, architectural design, engineering, environment/ renewable energy, facility management, inspections, program management, project, and construction management services. The professional experts and experienced personnel on the team hold some of the respective industry’s leading credentials, which include Certified Energy Managers (CEM), LEED Accredited Professionals in multiple specialties (i.e., Building Design and Construction, Green Associate) and Project Management Professionals (PMP).
As a team, these expert professionals will spearhead strategic planning and tactical implementation for deployment of the division’s resources to meet customer objectives. The scope of tasks to be delivered by the division team to build out a sustainable plan, include: establishing a safety program, design of all training programs, attendance at site visits for recommended input on staffing and proposal requirements. Overall, the division team will model exceptional best-practices in the field and perform agile pivoting based on customer feedback. Monitoring of the risk register and operations compliance activities dashboard for all divisional contracts will lead to the superior attainment of the company’s key performance indicators.
The Facility Support and Maintenance Division is a decentralized business unit profit center. The division team plays a key role in the interview, evaluation and selection process for request-for-proposals (RFPs) as well as identifying skilled workers to perform on awarded contracts.
